What is EFT?

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a somatic modality that combines elements of acupressure and psychology. Tapping on specific points on the body sends calming signals to the nervous system, helping the brain shift out of stress and into a more regulated state where change can occur more gently and effectively.
